This comic I originally published immediately after the 2004 election. (duh.) It refers to a night I spent in a bar when a nearby drunk overheard the word “communism” in my conversation with my lady friend, and decided he wanted to fight. The girl continued to provoke the situation, and the drunk man said in no uncertain terms that he was going to take his frustration with her out on me.
