These are just a few that I thought were elegant, delicious and intoxicating enough to help ring in the New Year.<\/p>\n<p>French martini<\/p>\n<p>3 oz. vodka<br \/>\n? oz. Chambord<br \/>\n? oz. pineapple juice<\/p>\n<p>Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.<\/p>\n<p>\nUme-tini*<\/p>\n<p>3 oz. quality vodka<br \/>\n1 oz. Choya plum wine<\/p>\n<p>Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass, garnish with slice of fresh plum.<\/p>\n<p>\nSake dessert*<\/p>\n<p>? oz. fine sake<br \/>\n? oz Choya plum wine<\/p>\n<p>Stir with ice and strain into cordail glass.<\/p>\n<p>\nTrip-C*<\/p>\n<p>1 ? oz. Courvoisier<br \/>\nsplash Cointreau<br \/>\nChampagne<\/p>\n<p>Shake first two ingredients with ice and strain into champagne flute.  Fill with champagne.<\/p>\n<p>\nBlack Raspberry martini<\/p>\n<p>2 ? oz.
